Commercial Services offer a variety of opportunities for our Supported Employees to engage in meaningful employment. Supported Employment opportunities are sourced from the local community providing a selection of activities. We pride ourselves on developing solid business relationships in the Highlands, and delivering a great service to fulfill the needs of businesses in our area.
Challenge Southern Highlands offer local businesses and organisations specialised services as part of our Supported Employment activities. These services were developed to accommodate those Supported Employees who may prefer differing employment activities. We have a variety of tasks to suit different abilities in the workplace.
Our Supported Employees also gain valuable friendships through conversations during their working day to increase their socialisation skills.

Supported employees from Challenge Southern Highlands are engaged in the construction of specialised transportation pallets.
Challenge has a unique alignment with a local company which generates a wonderful learning experience for people with a disability to contribute to the manufacture and supply of hardwood pallets. This provides meaningful employment and generates personal development for many of our supported clients.
