On Saturday 21 March, we’re opening the gates at Welby Garden Centre for a very special community celebration as the organisation now known as Challenge Southern Highlands marks 75 years of supporting people living with disability in our region.
It’s going to be a fantastic day out for the whole community, with activities running throughout the day and a free twilight celebration in the evening.
Here’s what’s happening:
Special guest Tammy Huynh – hosting a Q&A and Book Signing ($10 per ticket)
Live music including local artist Amber Kenny*
Food trucks*
Twilight market featuring local stallholders*
Family-friendly fun including face painting, scavenger hunts and creative activities
Plenty to explore around the nursery
*The evening festivities (from 5pm – 7pm) are free for the community to attend, so bring the family and come along for a relaxed twilight atmosphere with great food and live music.
All the details for Tammy Huynh’s Q&A and Book Signing can be found here: https://events.humanitix.com/meet-the-author-tammy-huynh
We would love to see the Southern Highlands community come together to celebrate this milestone with us.
