Monday:
Design Time
Take on new projects and see what you can create, from sculpting with clay, learning the art of macramé to relaxing with your own artistic design. The creative possibilities are endless.
Tuesday:
NeedleWork
No sewing experience is required to try out this hands-on day program. Within this day program, you get the opportunity to learn some helpful skills in a relaxed environment. Experience learning how to operate a sewing machine, discovering all the different types of stitching, and learning basic repair skills, to designing pattern templates and creating your own individual projects.
Wednesday:
ART
Express yourself and channel your inner artist.
In this creative day program, each session provides new opportunities to learn different art techniques and styles that can further develop your own artistic skills.
Thursday:
Social Fun
In this day program, there are many fun and relaxing things to do, from visiting the library, watching movies, and having fun with music.
Friday:
Cooking
Cook up a storm in this tasty day program.
Here, you get a hands-on experience of what it is like in a commercial kitchen environment. Classes include learning the importance of safe food handling, preparing, and cooking nutritious meals, and finishing with restaurant quality presentation.
Each week, there is always a different recipe to try. You might even discover your next favourite meal that you’ll be able to prepare at home.

Fitness
Wind down from your busy week and enjoy this peaceful day program, from learning yoga to getting fresh air discovering the many walking tracks in the Highlands.
