SLES is a NDIS support for young people with a disability. We can assist by building your skills to promote your employability, increasing your self-confidence and independence.
SLES has the capacity to support you in increasing your motivation to enter the workforce. As a participant, you can enter employment via a supported hospitality work placement, developing relevant skills such as barista, customer service and touch typing. We assist you with travel training, which ensures you are confident to use public transport, and guide those eligible with Driver License āLāsā test preparation. There is an opportunity to learn about a variety of occupations in tune with your interests, in a team environment to work toward employment readiness.

Most participants will either have found employment after two years or will be prepared to move on to Supported Employment to continue receiving support.
