The NDIS Services Department provides Support Coordinators to assist people with disabilities to get the most benefit from their NDIS Plan. Clients and their families are guided through the process of plan facilitation through linking with Allied Health professionals, domestic assistance, yard and garden maintenance, equipment purchase and community access activities. Activities include holidays, weekend outings, supported employment, school leavers employment program, short term accommodation, and supported independent living.
