Located next to Welby Garden Centre, here you will find our dedicated NDIS services team who are happy to assist you utilise your NDIS plans with our diverse range of services. From Support Coordination, Plan Management, to Community Access, Social outings, SLES, Day programs and Supported Employment, Our team can help connect you to services that are of interest and could help make life easier.
We would also like to mention that our Day Programs will also be moving into this freshly renovated building soon. Featuring its own training kitchen and large open spaces to get creative, it grants NDIS Participants opportunities to learn new skills and knowledge.
